We offer a standard range of single and double storey designs for you to select from, yet we also offer the perfect blend of flexibility when it comes to modifying our designs, affordability to suit almost any budget and a team dedicated to helping you bring your vision to life. Our standard plans with modifications present you with the best of both worlds, a thoughtfully designed standard plan as a starting point, yet the ability to craft the ideal space, functionality, and style with a budget-friendly approach.
If simply modifying one of our standard plans is too limiting to your vision, don’t stress. We also specialise in complete custom builds, designed to tick all the boxes for you, and then some you didn’t even think about. Whether you have plans already drawn up, an idea sketched out on paper, or inspiration from other online sources, we can start from where you are and work together to get you where you want to be. Step 1: Preliminary Agreement: Decide on your new home design and pay your preliminary agreement fee.
Step 2: Fixed Price Tender: Receive your fixed price tender and tender drawings and pay your tender acceptance fee.
Step 3: Sign Contract and Colour Selections: Receive your detailed drawings and contract, select your colours and pay your 5%.
Step 4: Permit Approval: Your plans are submitted to relevant approval body and final construction drawings are done.
Step 5: Construction: You sign off final plans, approvals are received, and construction begins.
Step 6: After Care: Construction is complete, maintenance period begins, and warranties commence.
